My Journey

I’m Will Salt - a coach, trainer, and advocate for sustainable performance, leveraging our physical bodies for improved performance.
​
Sport shaped much of who I am. I represented Great Britain in water polo and learned early that structure, awareness, and resilience matter more than talent alone.
​
Along the way, I’ve faced setbacks (both physical and mental) that taught me how closely our bodies and minds are connected.
​
That mix of experience and curiosity drives my work today: helping people reconnect with themselves, build clarity, and perform with purpose.
