Leadership Wheel
Reflect on how consistently you have demonstrated eight leadership behaviours over the past month, in your own role. Owners, senior leaders and people stepping into leadership use these differently, so rename and reword them to fit your context.
- 1Adjust the behaviours so they fit your role and context.
- 2Rate how consistently you have shown each one, with an example if useful.
- 3Choose a strength to keep using and one behaviour to practise.
More Guidance
This is your own view of your behaviour. It is not an assessment, a leadership type or a comparison with other leaders.
Rate what you have actually done over the past month, not what you intend. If a behaviour has had little chance to show up, mark it as not relevant rather than guessing.
Self-perception and other people's feedback can differ. Your ratings are your view; there is a separate note for anything others have told you.
