Time Mapping

Most people underestimate where their week really goes. Map a typical week from 05:00 to midnight, then compare what you see with what you want your time to support.

  1. 1Choose a category, then tap, drag or fill a block of hours.
  2. 2Map a typical week, not an ideal one. Leave hours blank if you are unsure.
  3. 3Look at the totals and decide what to protect or change.
