Values Alignment

An exploration of your own values across life and work. Name what matters to you, rate how important each value is, then how consistently your recent choices have reflected it. Comparing the two can show where things feel in or out of step.

  1. 1Start with examples or from scratch, and make the list your own.
  2. 2Rate importance, then how consistently your past two weeks reflected each value.
  3. 3Look at the patterns and choose one value to explore.

Choose How To Start

Values are personal. There is no right list and no ideal score.

The examples are suggestions, not an ideal or complete set. Either way, you can rename, remove and add values, up to ten, and you can finish with fewer.

If your reflection raises something worth exploring, a first conversation with Will is a chance to talk it through, with no commitment at this stage. Print or download your answers first if you would like to bring them.
